Message: I contacted a Songer In Louisiana, at the time he had no reason to believe we were kin.,but through some research he has now found out we related. My granddad and his dad were from Virgina and Tenn. Up around the Johnson City, Bristol,and Erwin areas. My dad was born in Unicoi County. I have alot of kin there,also the Britt family is related. This is so nice to have found, account I'm an only child and have no close relatives near me. Any one who might remember Giles Early and Ella of Unicoi County that was grandma and grandpa Songer.
