I know it is hard to find out if it is.. that is what I been told..
But my grandmother Edna Mae and my father told me that there is Cherokee...
Other family members saying it also...
Back in 1925 Native Americans couldnt own land or would be taken away.. So They took on White man name...
Most of my family don't look German, We have dark skin and very high cheek bones..
When I was little my father took me up to NC to the Res a few times and we met people in the tribe and they treated us like family... I dont remember names tho....
Has anyone gone to the Native American Rolls and look?
