Message: I am looking for info on my grandmother.. Her name was Maybelle Songer Turner. Lived in Bledsoe Co. Her Fathers name was John Songer and her mother was Julia Holland. The name Britt name is interesting as my mother had always told a story about a Britt who lived near them who change his name to Songer since the mail carrier kept getting his mail confused with someone else's anybody know anything about these people?
