My Grandfather was Charley Songer Son of John lafate and susana songer. born in bledsoe county 1888
married- Mary Caroline Bryant from AL.
around 1907. My Mother-- Rose Songer Fuqua was born in Bledsoe County 1924. Lived the last 40 years of her life in Dallas TX. as did her sisters Ruby, Eula and Brothers Ervin, Jamas, and Victor Regester Songer.
